Heirloom Eggsby Aline Becker Aline has combined and revised her four books into one edition. The book has a decription and photo to show the wide variety of egg sizes and colours. The book also has a large number of eggs made by Aline and over a hundred guest artists showing a variety of techniques. Each egg shown also has a brief description. The book then has a centre section covering many of the techniques used. This section is in alphabetical order for easy access. The book was first published in 1986 and may appear dated. However, it is full of so many ideas that it takes little imagination to be inspired to produce more modern designs. Not the easiest of books to follow as it is a combination of others but one that will always have a place on my book shelf. The variety of ideas in this book even with the problems of age and language
(for us Brits anyway) make it a must for any egger either beginner or experienced.
